This role is situated at our organization’s medical facility in Fort Bragg, NC.

Womack, we are a fully accredited regional medical center with 110 beds, focusing on evidence-based practices and Graduate Medical Education (GME). We serve Fort Bragg, the largest U.S. Army installation globally and home to Airborne and Special Operations. Our organization oversees several excellent Primary Care practice locations in Fort Bragg, Fayetteville, Hope Mills, and Linden Oaks.

Located in Fayetteville, Fort Bragg is just 2 hours from the coast and 5 hours from the Appalachian Mountains, with convenient access to I-95 for travel north and south. As a Physician specializing in Internal Medicine, your duties will include:

• Delivering initial, ongoing, and comprehensive primary care to patients in accordance with current care standards, the patient-centered medical home model, Army policies, and applicable regulations.

• Providing long-term, comprehensive management of both common and complex medical conditions.

• Engaging in Continuing Medical Education (CME) and participating in quality assurance initiatives as required.

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.

• Must be Board Certified in Internal Medicine.

• Possess a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree from a U.S. or Canadian institution accredited by a recognized body at the time of graduation. Alternatively, a Doctor of Medicine or equivalent degree from an international medical school may be accepted if it is deemed substantially equivalent to accredited U.S. programs, as evidenced by permanent certification from the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) or a fifth pathway certificate for U.S. citizens who completed premedical education domestically and graduate education abroad.

• Must hold a permanent, full, and unrestricted medical license to practice in a U.S. state, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a U.S. territory.
