Physician Outpatient - low patient ratio

Opportunity To Build And Lead Integrated, Multi-Disciplinary Clinical Teams To Care For The Most Complex Patients

Outpatient - Monday through Friday – 8 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.

Serving our new care center in Fayetteville, NC serving Fort Bragg and surrounding communities.

This role is primarily based in a clinic setting.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Provides medical patient care by interviewing, examining, and treating clinical patients.
• Educates patients and families on wellness, prevention, and early detection.
• Provides referrals based on examination and patient needs.
• Working with our patients aligned to the Medicaid PC Plus program.
• Participates in quality improvement, management, continuing education, and patient care programs.
• Assists in the resolution of complaints, requests, and inquiries from patients.
• Maintains confidentiality of all patient information according to federal guidelines and regulations.
• Completes medical records (EMR - Next Gen) documentation daily.
• Covers night calls as needed on weekends (phone call only).

• Requires a MD or DO.
• Requires current unrestricted medical licensure in NC and board eligibility or board certification in Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or Family Medicine.
• DEA license required.
• Experience in Valued Based Care.
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Experience with serving military patients.
