You will take ownership of assigned manufacturing sites, managing daily domestic and cross-border freight movements. Key Responsibilities Freight Execution: Coordinate domestic truckload (TL) carriers, road transport, and ocean/boat shipping. Order Management: Review daily pending orders across assigned sites to ensure on-time delivery. Customs & Compliance: Prepare customs paperwork, clear shipments, and file AES for US-Mexico freight. Operational Problem-Solving: Resolve dock loading issues, carrier delays, and documentation errors in real time. Systems Management: Execute planning and tracking within SAP and TMS systems (Oracle / E20 Open). Requirements Systems: Proficiency in SAP and TMS (Oracle / E20 Open). Logistics: Direct experience with Truckload (TL) , ocean freight, and US-Mexico domestic/international shipping . Compliance: Proven track record with AES filing and custom paperwork. Traits: Proactive mindset, strong communication, high initiative, and 3+ years of experience preferred.
