- Match customers with insurance solutions that fit their needs
- Help with policy applications, renewals, and questions
- Provide quick, professional support and keep accurate records
- Enjoy sales and working with people
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Are detail-oriented and can multitask
- Have a positive attitude and are eager to learn
- Valid Alabama P&C and Life & Health License (required)
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
