Part-Time Community Outreach Specialist — Adult Foster Care

Minute Man Arc is seeking a part-time Community Outreach Specialist to expand awareness of the Adult Foster Care (AFC) program. You will build relationships with community partners, explain AFC services, and generate referrals, while coordinating with AFC staff for enrollment steps.
