Community Outreach Specialist - AFC Program (Part-Time, 25 hrs)

Minute Man Arc

Minute Man Arc is seeking a part-time Community Outreach Specialist for the Adult Foster Care (AFC) program. The role focuses on outreach, relationship building, and referral development within the community to promote AFC services. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and strong communication skills for diverse partners.
