Customer Relationship Management Specialist

Position Summary Golden Goose is seeking a passionate and talented individual to join the Americas Corporate CRM team in New York, supporting the continued growth of the brand. The CRM Specialist will focus on executing CRM initiatives across the region. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with creativity and is passionate about building meaningful relationships with clients through impactful experiences across both digital and physical touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Support the implementation of global CRM and client engagement strategies across the Americas region. Partner with retail teams to drive client development and strengthen clienteling practices in-store. Analyze client data and behaviors to identify opportunities and activate targeted engagement initiatives. Support the execution of client engagement programs, including in-store experiences, events, and client activations. Contribute to client gifting strategies and assist in managing related budgets. Deliver CRM and clienteling training to Store Managers and retail teams, including Salesforce Service Cloud. Collaborate cross-functionally with retail, marketing, and regional teams to ensure successful project execution. Monitor gifting and experience performance and provide insights for optimization. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for luxury, fashion, and client engagement. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. 2-4 years of CRM experience (preferably in luxury fashion/retail). Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience in retail, CRM, or client engagement is a must. Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus. Additional languages are a plus. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 - $80,000. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
