Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive mental health counseling services to clients through individual and group therapy sessions. Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, employing structured interviews and standardized assessment tools. Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, adapting as needed to align with the evolving needs of each client. Qualifications A Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution. Possession of an active and valid license as a Mental Health Counselor in New York State. Two or more years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling services to children and adolescents. Proficiency in evidence-based counseling techniques and an understanding of various therapeutic modalities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members. The ability to work independently, managing caseloads effectively while also contributing as a team player. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this role is between USD 76,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
