Schedule 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in the Acute Care and Inpatient Rehabilitation settings. The successful candidate will provide one-on-one therapy treatments to patients while ensuring quality care and rehabilitation outcomes. This role requires effective communication with the healthcare team and proper documentation of treatments and progress. Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients. Administer physical therapy treatments and interventions as indicated. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. Document patient care and treatment in the electronic medical record (EMR). Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Must have at least 1 year of experience in acute care and/or inpatient rehabilitation settings. Valid Physical Therapist license. Experience in conducting modified barium swallow studies is an advantage.
