Begin your journey of a flourishing and fulfilling career, share your resume with us today! \n \n The Challenge: \n \n \n Execute all facets of the training development life-cycle for various training types, including instructor-led courses, web-based and online training, blended learning, and performance support. \n \n Conduct needs assessments and training needs analyses, including gap, contextual, and root-cause analyses. \n \n Select and design innovative instructional and learning strategies and associated technologies to optimize learning and achieve learning objectives. \n \n Develop, execute, and test training courses and performance support products. \n \n Perform quality assurance and quality control activities, including SME reviews, design reviews, course pilots, and hot washes. \n \n Create and conduct training evaluations, both formative and summative, across all levels for maximum impact. \n \n Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with training project plans and schedules. \n \n Manage and execute all aspects of training projects, including schedules, resources, and scope. \n \n \n What Sets You Apart: \n \n \n Must possess a TS/SCI with poly to be considered. \n \n Bachelor's Degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience or a Master's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience. \n \n Experience with Instructional Design. \n \n Must have experience with Captivate \n \n \n Demonstrated experience in the following: \n \n \n Identifying performance gaps or learning needs. \n \n Formally documenting instructional design plans. \n \n Using empirical data to make instructional design decisions. \n \n Ensuring instructional solutions address performance gaps. \n \n Identifying and making improvements to instruction. \n \n Designing instructional strategies that engage, motivate, or are learner-centered. \n \n Using face-to-face, online, and blended learning strategies. \n \n Developing project management plans for instructional design projects. \n \n Designing assessments of learning. \n \n Collaborating across functional teams. \n \n Software experience or knowledge \n \n \n You Might Also Have: \n \n \n Instructional Design Certification from an accredited institution. \n \n Prior Customer experience. \n \n Experience with online learning platforms and tools. \n \n Previous experience as a facilitator. \n \n \n #MSBA \n \n At Leidos, the opportunities are boundless.
