Required Skills:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
• Proven competence in performing a full scope of bread-and-butter general surgery cases
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team of skilled surgeons and healthcare professionals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD/DO) from an accredited institution
• Prior experience in a busy surgical practice environment preferred but not required

Other Requirements:

• Must possess or be eligible to obtain Texas medical licensure
• Ability to participate in paid ER call (1:3 schedule)
• Commitment to practicing in a family-friendly community with excellent schools and outdoor amenities
• Willingness to work in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with a da Vinci Xi Surgical Robot
• No specific certification/license requirements aside from medical license; additional certifications may enhance candidacy
