Utility Billing Representative

To support accurate utility billing operations, the remote contract-to-hire Customer Billing Representative will manage end-to-end billing activities, resolve complex exceptions, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities Manage customer billing activities including invoicing, account updates, and transaction processing within SAP systems Investigate and resolve complex billing exceptions, identifying root causes and improving workflows Perform account reconciliation activities, including research of unapplied payments and credit balances Required qualifications Three to five years of experience in utility billing within a front office or back office environment Hands-on experience with SAP S4HANA IS U, including BPEM case management and billing validation concepts Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret tariffs, rates, and financial data Effective organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities A degree or related coursework in accounting, business, or information systems is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
