Sit-Down Forklift Operator – Manufacturing Warehouse

Grand Prairie, TX 75050

Regal Staffing Services is currently hiring Sit-Down Forklift Operators for a well-established manufacturing company in Grand Prairie, TX (75050). We are looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals with warehouse and forklift experience who are ready to join a growing team.

Schedule & Pay

• Shift: Monday – Thursday

• Hours: 5:00 AM – 3:15 PM

• Pay: $18.00–$19.00 per hour, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift to transport materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.

• Pull, stage, and process customer orders accurately.

• Receive incoming deliveries and verify shipments.

• Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.

• Review and process Bills of Lading (BOLs) to verify incoming and outgoing shipments.

• Match shipping documents with products and report any discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse computer systems.

• Support shipping, receiving, dock, and production operations as needed.

• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sit-down forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping/receiving documentation is required.

• Strong computer and data entry skills.

• Experience with warehouse shipping and receiving processes.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Stable work history with reliable attendance.

• Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
