Siemens is a leading Production company specializing in Electrical (Breaker). We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining efficient warehouse operations to meet our clients' needs. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Coordinator for our Grand Prairie Breaker Plant for 2nd Shift (4:00pm - 12:30am). The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate will have SAP experience, strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You'll make an impact by:

• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management software (SAP).
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to reconcile stock levels.
• Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock and optimize inventory levels.
• Coordinate inbound shipments, including scheduling deliveries.
• Process Inbound receiving accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with customers service regarding order status, tracking information, and shipping updates.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics, with at least 1 year in a similar role.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software (SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Forklift certification and knowledge of safety regulations is preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

• The pay range for this position is $52,840 - $90,600. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.

The pay range for this position is $51,765 - $88,740 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
