Scottish Borders Council seeks a Team Leader for Family Placement to lead foster care, adoption and permanence planning across the Borders. You will promote trauma-informed practice, support staff, carers and partner agencies, and drive continuous improvement while delivering safe, loving, and nurturing outcomes for children and families.
