Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM or 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, accounting, administrative tasks, and employee support. The ideal candidate will have management experience and hands-on experience with payroll and/or accounts receivable.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office and administrative operations.

• Handle payroll and/or accounts receivable duties.

• Manage invoices, payments, deposits, and financial records.

• Supervise and support office staff and daily workflow.

• Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding and timekeeping.

• Manage office supplies, vendor communications, and general office needs.

• Answer phones, assist customers, and handle questions professionally.

• Maintain confidentiality and ensure office policies and procedures are followed.

Requirements

• Manager or supervisory experience required.

• Payroll and/or accounts receivable experience required.

• Previous office or administrative experience.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Computer and Microsoft Office skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
