As a Senior Retirement Product Manager within PNC's Institutional Asset Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. Other PNC locations will also be considered. Job Description In this position, you will be part of the product team managing the delivery of investment advisory and employee education solutions to sponsors of participant directed defined contribution plans. Key advisory solutions include 3(21) investment advice or 3(38) investment management, fiduciary education and compliance support, vendor fee and service benchmarking. Responsibilities Work closely with advisors and employee education consultants on investments, plan design, vendor management, participant education, and legislative and regulatory updates. Support the development of new business opportunities. Drive business and financial results through selection, design, development, and promotion of new and existing products or experiences. Utilize emerging technologies to deliver products to customers through all applicable channels. Prioritize and make decisions regarding product recommendations, developing business cases, plans, and roll‑outs. Monitor the marketplace to identify market needs or opportunities and recommend new products or enhancements. Manage development, production, rollout, pricing, or promotion of specific products, resolving operational and process problems. Partner with stakeholders including sales, marketing, digital channel delivery, and internal service partners. Participate in client‑facing and external stakeholder activities to ensure product offerings meet strategic goals. Develop product‑specific marketing initiatives and support risk management, compliance and audit needs. Recommend modifications in product features and marketing to improve results. Qualifications Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role, including: Experience working as, and collaborating with, investment advisors for defined contribution plans. Expertise in content creation, including delivering presentations at industry and local events, as well as webinars. Comprehensive knowledge of complex investment and asset management strategies. Track record in leading sales initiatives. Experience with non‑qualified deferred compensation plans. Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is strongly preferred. Preferred Skills Business Objectives, Customer Solutions, Marketing, Product Development, Product Management, Sales Work Experience Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree, with 5+ years of industry‑relevant experience. Specific certifications are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
