You will partner with clients using platforms such as Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and other enterprise AI services to modernize workflows and scale intelligent solutions. Your work will focus on accelerating AI adoption identifying high‑value use cases, enabling responsible deployment, and supporting teams as they build and refine AI‑enabled tools, automated processes, and data‑driven decision products that enhance mission readiness and workforce performance.As an Organizational Transformation & AI Enablement Strategist, you’ll help clients clarify priorities, align resources, and build high‑performing organizations. Drawing on experience in strategic transformation, organizational design, workforce analytics, change management, and AI‑supported solution delivery, you will apply a human‑centered, data‑driven approach to uncover performance drivers, guide adoption of emerging technologies, and deliver actionable recommendations.You will analyze how people, processes, data, and technology interact across the workforce lifecycle supporting alignment, capability development, and culture. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
