The managed IT services team of a well-established Ohio accounting and advisory firm is hiring a Client Relationship Manager in the Canton/Massillon area, hybrid.What You'll Do:- Serve as primary account manager for a portfolio of managed IT clients- Run quarterly business reviews covering cybersecurity, IT budgets and roadmaps- Monitor SLAs and act as liaison between clients and engineers- Renew recurring contracts and grow new project workWhat You Bring:- 7-10 years of sales or account management in IT- Strong grasp of IT and cybersecurity risk- Bachelor's in IT, Cybersecurity or Business (or equivalent)- Security+ or Cloud Essentials a plusWhy Join:- Hybrid (about 50% office/home, 50% client visits)- Four weeks PTO plus 12 holidays- 401(k) with 3% firm contributionInterested?
