Location: Beltsville, MD Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM or 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Contract role with temp-to-hire potential

We are a busy and established commercial carpet restoration company seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is ideal for a friendly, organized, and dependable professional who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys helping customers while supporting a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Make outbound calls to customers regarding appointments, service requests, and follow-ups
• Gather customer information and accurately document service needs
• Schedule appointments and route leads to estimators for follow-up and quoting
• Maintain clear communication between customers, estimators, and office staff
• Provide exceptional customer service while handling multiple priorities
• Support daily administrative and office operations as needed

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (speaking and writing)
• Previous customer service, receptionist, call center, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office setting
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
