Quality Assurance Specialist

Working remotely in California, the part-time hourly Operations Quality Assurance Specialist will analyze and review monitoring processes for Payment and Service Operations, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and maintaining internal controls through audits and quality assurance tests. Key responsibilities Review statistical samples of Payment and Service Operations processes, ensuring timely and quality assessments Monitor Service Operations calls for customer service excellence and adherence to documentation practices Assist in updating quality assurance policies and procedures in line with regulatory changes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or equivalent work experience preferred Three or more years of experience in credit and financial analysis within a financial institution Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro Strong understanding of compliance and credit union regulations Ability to meet individual and team goals while multi-tasking effectively
