Platform Administrator I Platform Administrator I is a dedicated resource that will play a key role in executing Encompass enhancement and change management, including business process analysis, modeling, and documentation. The Platform Administrator I works directly with the Business Analysis team to discover requirements and specifications to formulate and execute system solutions to address business needs by applying Encompass functionality to meet business requirements. Your Responsibilities on the Team Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts to analyze business challenges and opportunities to create suitable business rules documentation, requirements, and specifications to then configure/modify Encompass to meet those requirements. Manage Encompass Loan Origination Systems by maintaining workflow and business rules as applicable. Monitor the ongoing system health of Encompass LOS’s Apply approved Change Requests to system functionality, department accessibility, department/position creation, disclosure solutions, new Form/View/Report/Process creation and enhancements, and system error, bug and problem‑solving solutions and corrections. System Persona creation and maintenance to include applicable Pipeline Views, Loan, Form and Tool accessibility rules, Encompass eFolder access and functionality and Report and Dashboard applications and settings. Apply and update organizational user Roles and Groups for branch and team functionality access to loans, contacts, loan templates and system resources. Follow and enforce as necessary change management functions such as promoting changes through the SDLC process and Encompass environments that will involve Lennar Mortgage infrastructure personnel and current SOX compliant policies/procedures. Assist Compliance and Security in ensuring Encompass is functioning consistently in accordance with applicable laws and regulations relating to mortgage lending and information security. Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. Work with training and support teams as needed to create training, support, and end‑user documentation. Act as a liaison with third party vendors to create and maintain interfaces as needed through the Encompass network as well as custom integrations. Provide top level support to end‑users as required. Requirements Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related Business or Computer Sciences discipline. Understanding of mortgage origination process. Mortgage background utilizing technology solutions within a financial organization. Desire to obtain ICE Mortgage Technology Encompass Administrator certification. Exposure to Encompass System Administration. Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Exposure to Scrum, Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Visio. Familiarity with Azure cloud environment. Knowledge of Project Management tools like ServiceNow, Targetprocess, Jira. Must have positive attitude, work well under pressure and be a team player. Ability to prioritize work to meet project timelines. Effective listening and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Effective problem‑solving skills with attention to detail. Strong work ethic. Understand and follow posted work rules and procedures. Ability to maintain flexible work schedule, including evening and weekend work as needed. Some travel will be required. Physical Requirements This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs.
