Proclinical is seeking a Global Clinical Strategy Development Director - VP Clinical Development to join a dynamic and innovative team in the biotechnology sector. Primary Responsibilities: The successful candidate will focus on advancing clinical strategies for oncology, immuno-oncology, and other severe conditions with unmet medical needs. You will play a pivotal role in late-stage clinical development, contributing to groundbreaking therapies that make a difference in patients' lives. Skills & Requirements: MD degree or equivalent qualification. Strong expertise in late-stage clinical development, including hands-on experience with Phase III trials and regulatory submissions. Proven track record in leading or participating in MRCTs. In-depth knowledge of global regulatory and clinical development pathways. Therapeutic focus on oncology and immuno-oncology, with broader interests in autoimmune and severe diseases. Demonstrated ability to make impactful decisions in global clinical strategy. The Global Clinical Strategy Development Director's responsibilities will be: Lead late-stage clinical development programs, including Phase III trials through BLA/NDA submissions. Oversee and participate in Multi-Regional Clinical Trials (MRCTs), particularly in the US and EU. Drive global clinical strategy decision-making to support product registration. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with regulatory and clinical development pathways. Provide strategic input into the development of therapies in oncology, immuno-oncology, autoimmune diseases, and other serious conditions.
