We are a busy, patient-focused chiropractic and wellness center seeking a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and can confidently manage multiple tasks while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Schedule

• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Three days off each week

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay commensurate with experience: $20$25 per hour + Bonuses!!

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Answer phones and manage appointment scheduling
• Handle patient intake forms and maintain accurate records
• Process payments and maintain front office organization
• Coordinate patient flow and assist with daily office operations
• Communicate effectively with providers and team members
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front office environment

Qualifications

• Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn office software quickly
• Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail
• Outstanding communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to stay organized and efficient in a busy environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with insurance verification or medical/chiropractic front office procedures is a plus
• Spanish-speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply
