Job Title: General Manager – Convenience and Food Service Store

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our convenience and food service store. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all store operations, including sales, inventory management, staffing, and customer service

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability

- Lead, motivate, and manage store staff to ensure high performance and excellent customer interactions

- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards

- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize product availability

- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, sales reporting, and expense control

- Ensure the store adheres to company policies, procedures, and branding standards

- Address customer concerns promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels

- Collaborate with marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers

- Conduct regular staff training and development to foster a positive work environment

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in convenience or food service sectors

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to analyze sales data and financial reports

- Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in retail management is a plus
