General Manager | Petal, MS | $50,000-$55,000/year

A growing, high-volume quick-service restaurant organization is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations, develop high-performing teams, and drive exceptional guest experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and team development
  • Recruit, hire, coach, and retain top talent
  • Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence
  • Deliver outstanding guest service and ensure high food quality standards
  • Manage inventory, food costs, labor, and overall restaurant performance
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant
  • Execute marketing initiatives and achieve business goals
  • Develop Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders for future growth opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of restaurant management experience, including Assistant General Manager experience, or 1+ year as a Restaurant General Manager
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop successful teams
  • Strong operational, financial, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check
