Occupational Therapist Position
At PYG Therapy, we believe therapists do their best work when they have flexibility, support, and the resources to focus on patient care. We're looking for Occupational Therapists to join our growing pediatric team serving families throughout Arizona.
Position Highlights
- Competitive compensation of $64$92 per visit/hour
- W-2 and independent contractor positions
- Full-time and part-time schedules
- Caseloads available statewide
Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapy services in children's homes
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Educate caregivers on home programming
- Coordinate care with families and interdisciplinary providers
- Supervise COTAs if desired

Requirements
Arizona OT license, CPR certification, AHCCCS ID, Article 9 certification, reliable transportation, and strong clinical reasoning skills.
