Job Description
The Changing Lives Family is actively seeking a detail-oriented Accountant for our Chino, CA Corporate office. The ideal candidate will have prior experience processing AP/AR invoices, Bilingual Spanish and be proficient with QuickBooks., Staffing or Industry Related experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and review vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors
Utilize Microsoft Excel for basic data entry and tracking
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or accounting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Proficiency with QuickBooks
Previous experience in invoicing or accounting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
AP/AR experience
Bilingual Spanish

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $25.00-$30.00 /hour DOE
