Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Texas Physical Therapist Certification is required
• Previous experience providing PT services in a school or pediatric setting is highly preferred
• Ability to evaluate students, design, and implement effective IEPs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and fellow educators
• Comfortable working across a K-12 caseload, tailoring interventions to diverse student needs
• Organizational skills to manage documentation and compliance efficiently

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough student evaluations and assess physical therapy needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct PT services to students as outlined in their educational plans
• Work with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student progress and inclusion
• Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and support the school’s multidisciplinary team
