Your schedule will include at least four days per week, running from August 11, 2026, through May 27, 2027.

As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll work alongside educators to evaluate students, design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and deliver a range of therapeutic interventions. With a diverse caseload from kindergarten through senior year, each day brings variety and the chance to make meaningful contributions. Additional responsibilities and details will be discussed during the interview, allowing you to explore how your specific expertise can make a difference.

Desired Qualifications:

• Certified Texas Occupational Therapist (TX OT Certification)
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred (evaluations, IEP development, direct treatment)
• Comfortable managing K-12 caseloads with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to fostering student independence and success

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine student needs and strengths
• Develop, implement, and monitor student IEPs in collaboration with IEP teams
• Provide therapeutic interventions to support fine motor, sensory, adaptive, and functional skills
• Maintain thorough documentation and reports in compliance with state and district standards
• Consult with teachers and staff to integrate occupational therapy strategies into the classroom
