Billing Specialist

Join our client, a leading global investment management firm, as a Client Invoicing Specialist. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and timely processing of client invoices, supporting the firm’s commitment to operational excellence and client satisfaction. Your contributions will directly impact the firm’s financial accuracy and efficiency, working within a collaborative team environment that values innovation, diverse perspectives, and professional growth. Compensation $80,000 – $90,000 per year Responsibilities Facilitate the monthly and quarterly billing processes, ensuring precise calculation and prompt delivery of invoices Collaborate with internal teams to handle billing-related inquiries and special requests from both internal and external clients Assist in generating reporting deliverables and reviewing financial data for accuracy Compute monthly and quarterly fee rebates and consultant revenue figures for the client service team Maintain and update databases related to revenue, assets, and fee information Support audit activities related to client invoicing and revenue documentation Calculate commissions for the internal sales team on a monthly and quarterly basis Review participant fee documentation for fund accounts, ensuring compliance and accuracy Research and provide historical client billing data as needed Document, monitor, and improve invoicing procedures, recommending automation opportunities to streamline workflows Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a relevant discipline At least 1-3 years of invoicing experience within an investment advisory or financial services environment Expertise in Excel, with experience managing extensive databases Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex invoice calculations Familiarity with foreign currency translation processes Knowledge of industry-specific terminology such as high water marks Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Effective interpersonal and communication abilities Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team Our Commitment to Inclusion & Belonging The Hollister Group is an equal opportunity employer.
