The role requires prompt, professional communication and problem solving.ResponsibilitiesRespond to phone, chat, and email inquiries in a timely and professional mannerProvide accurate and helpful information to clients and tenantsAssist with general inquiries, maintenance requests, and lease inquiriesTroubleshoot and resolve customer service issuesMaintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure a positive customer experienceCollaborate with team members to ensure all inquiries are handled efficiently and effectivelyKeep detailed records of all customer interactions and follow up as neededStay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to clients and tenantsAssist with other administrative tasks as neededRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious customer service experience, preferably in a remote settingExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong problem-solving skillsProficient in using various computer programs and systemsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAvailability to work a full-time schedule, including some evenings and weekends as neededBenefitsMedical Plan, PTO, 401k, vision and dental are offered along with Aflac.J-18808-Ljbffr Champs Family Automotive
