What You’ll Do 

As a Line Cook, you’ll prepare high-quality menu items while maintaining the standards our guests expect. 

Responsibilities include:  

• Prepare and cook menu items using grills, ovens, fryers, sauté stations, and other commercial kitchen equipment
• Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquet, and catering menu items
• Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines
• Set up, stock, and break down assigned cooking stations
• Assist with food preparation and ingredient organization
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures
• Work closely with fellow cooks, servers, and kitchen leadership
• Assist in creating daily specials and seasonal menu offerings
• Help ensure exceptional guest dining experiences

Qualifications 

We’re looking for candidates with experience in restaurants, hotels, resorts, country clubs, banquet facilities, or other commercial kitchens. 

Preferred qualifications include:  

• Previous experience as a Line Cook, Grill Cook, Sauté Cook, Restaurant Cook, Prep Cook, or Kitchen Cook
• Experience working in a full-service restaurant, hotel, or banquet kitchen preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to multitask while maintaining quality and consistency
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays 

• $16.00 per hour
