Digital Product Manager

Apex Systems is currently hiring for a Digital Product Manager with one of our large Banking clients to support the client-facing portal to accompany the new platform. Looking for experience with B2B enterprise digital journeys with emphasis on reporting and analytics rather than highly polished UX.

Location: Hybrid – IRVING, TX & CHARLOTTE, NC

Onsite expectation: 3 days onsite per week

Pay range: $52.50

Contract Length: 12+ months

About the Project

A new team is being stood up within the Supply Chain Finance (SCF) group, within Global Receivables under Commercial Banking, to build a new System of Record (SOR) platform to support all the products under the SCF business to replace 2 legacy SORs as well as a number of auxiliary applications. This platform includes all receivables financing, supplier finance, and channel and inventory. It will allow clients to transact invoices with other companies, etc. This is a multi-year transformation program.

Objective is to unify multiple SC Finance products (e.g., receivables, reverse factoring, loan financing) under a single technology umbrella. The team will build a new platform and migrate existing products onto it.

This role will be focused on supporting the client-facing portal that will accompany the new platform. We are seeking someone with extensive experience in B2B enterprise digital journeys, particularly in designing and implementing user-centric solutions that enhance client engagement and streamline interactions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital strategy, user experience optimization, and the ability to translate client needs into actionable product features.

• Focus is on enterprise systems, not consumer web or mobile applications.
