LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegals as we anticipate that our clients will have direct hire openings for this skillet in 2025. Our clients include both sophisticated law firms and in house corporate legal departments. The Real Estate Paralegal will assist with coordinating real property acquisitions and sales, loans, lease, and development transactions. They will draft correspondence, and other Real Estate related documents. See the desired qualifications below and apply with us if interested!

Responsibilities:

1. Draft real property documents, including purchase and sale agreements, deeds, promissory notes, deeds of trust, and foreclosure documents
2. Prepare documents for non-judicial foreclosure actions
3. Prepare closing books
4. Analyze/review title reports and legal descriptions
5. Communicate with escrow officers, title officers, and insurance company employees
6. Work with surveyors, appraisers, and lenders to obtain property information
7. Obtain information from government officials regarding taxes, assessments, building permits, etc.
8. Record real property documents
9. Skills/Experience
10. 3+ years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal required
11. Bachelors degree or paralegal certificate preferred
12. Great multi-tasking skills
13. Ability to stay organized while in a fast-paced environment
14. Effective communication and time management skills
15. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
