SWIFT Payment SME

Overview Akkodis is seeking a SWIFT SME for Contract (W2) with a client in Richmond, VA/Kennesaw, GA - Hybrid - (3 days onsite in a week) . Ideally, we are looking for candidates with a strong background in Payment, SWIFT, SWIFT Products like SWIFT Alliance Gateway, SWIFT Alliance Access, SWIFT Web Platform, SWIFT Net Link, ISO20022 and Python/Java. Pay Range: $70 - $72/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Responsibilities Summary: Individual will be a part of Swift Development Team (CIO) working with CTO Production Support Partners and Project partners. SWIFT technologist is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of the role include ensuring that SWIFT provided software is installed, configured, and supported to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements. Requires knowledge for different services provided by the SWIFT network. Contribute to story refinement/defining requirements. Participate and guide team in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle. Perform proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas. Implement solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements. Primary Skill: Swift Secondary Skill: Python Tertiary Skill: Core Java Required Qualifications 5-10+ years in Technology industry 3-5 years hands-on experience in installing patches, maintaining, troubleshoot and testing SWIFT products: SWIFT Alliance Gateway, SWIFT Alliance Access, SWIFT Web Platform, SWIFT Net Link Able to demonstrate a knowledge of all SWIFT messaging formats. Demonstrated experience in SWIFT protocols. Strong communication skills - written, verbal, visual presentations, and effective listening skills. Ability and desire to think creatively to deliver business results both independently and as part of a team. SWIFT Payments - 3-5 years hands-on experience in installing patches, maintaining, troubleshoot and testing SWIFT products: SWIFT Alliance Gateway, SWIFT Alliance Access, SWIFT Web Platform, SWIFT Net Link Operating Systems - 3+ years of experience with applications running on AiX or Linux operating systems. Agile Delivery - 1+ years of experience with Agile project delivery. Risk/Regulatory/Compliance - 3+ year experience managing completion of application related documentation to meet risk, regulatory and compliance requirements.
