Senior Proposal Coordinator Location: Overland Park, KS; Kansas City, MO; Creve Coeur, MO Key Responsibilities Lead proposal development activities, including kickoff meetings, schedules, reviews, production, and interview preparation. Guide teams in developing win themes, client‑focused messaging, and strategic content. Create and format proposal documents using Adobe InDesign. Coordinate graphic development and contribute simple graphics and visual concepts. Research, gather, and develop proposal content, including drafting non‑technical sections. Manage pursuit schedules, milestones, and compliance requirements. Review and edit proposals for clarity, quality, consistency, and accuracy. Support multiple concurrent proposals while maintaining high standards and attention to detail. Coordinate interview presentations, resumes, project descriptions, organizational charts, and other proposal materials. Facilitate proposal meetings and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to drive successful outcomes. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) environment. Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign required; Photoshop and Illustrator experience a plus. Experience leading proposal teams and coordinating complex pursuit efforts. Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills. Strong organizational, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines with confidence. A collaborative, proactive approach and a passion for delivering high‑quality work. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years related experience.
