San FranciscoSolutions Engineering /Full-Time /On-siteThe Implementation Specialist is responsible for the technical implementation of Windfall's solutions, helping customers successfully integrate our platform with their data and applications. As a key member of the Solutions Engineering team, you'll partner closely with Customer Success to deliver a seamless onboarding experience, ensuring customers are set up for long-term success from day one.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while building strong relationships with customers. You'll collaborate with executive stakeholders, product leaders, and cross-functional teams, confidently guiding conversations with both technical and nontechnical audiences. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to translate technical concepts into practical business outcomes.We hold true to our core values of: (1) Be an excellent communicator; (2) Operate with transparency; (3) Provide leverage, not optimization; (4) Win When Our Customers Win; (5) Act with integrity and trust.Responsibilities:Accountable for the technical implementation of Windfall's solutions for customers, specifically with regards to data and applicationsMaintain a deep understanding of Windfall's solutions and how they can be applied to meet customers' needsAct as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and support to customers and internal teamsWork closely with the Customer Success team to ensure customers hit the ground running and achieve success using Windfall's products: Conduct customer data analysis to better understand customer needs and inform implementation strategiesConfigure and run initial attribution based on knowledge of customer data and KPIsResolve data and technical issues during the onboarding processDevelop application training and content for customersCollaborate with Product leadership to build implementation processes into the Windfall applicationStay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in SaaS and DaaS technologyRequirements:Bachelors in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or another quantitative field2+ years in an external client-facing role with great EQ is essentialScrappiness – We don't have all the answers, but you'll need to find themBasic data science skills or interest in self-learning (Command-Line and SQL proficiency will jumpstart your time to value)Great communication skills internally and externally (Prompt response and action when needed, people rarely need to follow up with you)Startup personality: smart, ethical, friendly, cross-functional, hardworking, and proactiveWillingness and desire to learn and adopt new skills - both technical and non-technical - in order to craft and deliver the best solutionsAbility to work in ambiguous environments with little directionTechnical experience with analytical tools, methodologies, and design Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in the Martech/Adtech ecosystemExperience with our target verticals (financial services, retail, travel/hospitality)Additional Information:The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across California. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
