As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll be a trusted partner to our Sales and Operations teams. You’ll help keep information accurate, orders moving, and communication flowing, especially for large‑scale events where details make all the difference.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, problem‑solving, and being the behind‑the‑scenes force that helps everything run smoothly.

️ How You’ll Bring Projects to Life

Sales & Operations Support

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support to Sales and Operations teams
• Assist with inventory data entry and manage large‑scale event orders, ensuring change orders are processed accurately and on time
• Help maintain organized records, documentation, and order details

Front Desk & Communication

• Serve as the first point of contact at the reception desk, welcoming guests and directing them with professionalism
• Answer and route incoming phone calls with a positive, customer‑focused approach

Organization & Coordination

• Enter, update, and maintain data with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
• Coordinate with internal departments to support compliance with established policies and procedures
• Order office equipment and monitor, stock, and replenish office and conference room supplies

Team & Office Support

• Assist with meeting setup, including preparing and stocking conference rooms
• Build positive relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers
• Jump in to support problem‑solving and day‑to‑day administrative or operational needs
• Provide general support for meetings, events, and daily office operations

• Strong communication skills with confident phone presence
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail
• Self‑motivated, dependable, and professional
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• High school diploma or GED

• Experience in sales support, administrative support, inventory coordination, or order processing
