The Sales Support Specialist is crucial in assisting the Commercial Banking sales team to improve efficiency productivity and overall success within Tri City National Banks Commercial Banking department.

Compensation: $70000 depending on experience.

This position is located in-office at one of our branch locations.

Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

• Schedule meetings plan events manage calendars and handle correspondence to facilitate smooth operations.
• Prepare loan applications treasury management documentation and deposit applications.
• Assist in crafting loan approval presentations and post-approval modifications.
• Coordinate collateral release and documentation changes.
• Liaise with attorneys appraisers title companies and other third parties to ensure accurate documentation for loan closings and account openings.
• Support audits examinations and compliance reviews ensuring target maintenance of past due accounts and file exceptions.

Customer Relationship Management and Sales Coordination :

• Maintain and update customer databases managing client relationships proactively to enhance satisfaction.
• Serve as a point of contact for commercial clients daily needs nurturing prospects into loyal clients.
• Coordinate sales activities including joint calls and referrals; prepare sales reports manage CRM entries and monitor sales pipelines.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and track joint calls and referrals.

Sales Team Support and Strategy Assistance

• Organize and prepare sales presentations materials and proposals to assist the sales team.
• Identify sales opportunities to drive performance.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities providing valuable insights to the sales team.
• Aid in developing and implementing sales strategies and promotional activities to meet targets.
• Plan and execute customer appreciation events.

Training and Communication:

• Support the onboarding of new Commercial Banking team members ensuring they understand sales processes and product knowledge.
• Act as a communication conduit between the Commercial Banking team other departments and external stakeholders to promote collaboration.
• Perform additional tasks assigned.

Qualifications

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills for handling multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite DocuSign Co-Pilot and internal CRM software; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external customers.
• Ability to work collaboratively and engage with various stakeholders to achieve goals.
• Analytical mindset for interpreting sales performance data and generating actionable insights.
• Previous experience in sales support management or administration is preferred.
• A bachelors degree in business administration or a related field can be advantageous.
• Experience in loan processing closing servicing origination and administration; account opening expertise is a plus.
