How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

  • Manage high-volume inbound calls with a focus on service excellence.
  • Verify demographic information and insurance eligibility over the phone to ensure every patient's medical journey is documented correctly from the initial point of contact.
  • Serve as the clinic's central navigator by accurately screening and directing calls to the appropriate department or clinical party.
  • Maintain a collaborative presence by assisting with in-person front desk operations as needed. This includes greeting patients, managing physical check-ins during peak volume, and providing administrative coverage to ensure uninterrupted clinic flow.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
