We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Dealership Incentives and Compliance Specialist to join our accounting team in Rochester Hills, MI. Job Details Salary: $18 to $22 per hour Job Type: Full Time Location: Rochester Hills, MI 48307 Responsibilities Enter and review data including invoices, vouchers, and payment requests accurately Resolve account-related issues efficiently Balance financial statements and finalize data entries Process accounts payable invoices, payment requests, and prepare reimbursement checks Match checks to invoices after each payment cycle Reconcile batches and research payables discrepancies with vendors Prepare accounts for payment processing and verify data entry Organize filing systems and manage cashier responsibilities Provide receptionist support during breaks as needed Break down and cost deals accurately for accounting purposes Handle daily deposits and post accounts payable/receivable entries Bill out deals, swaps, and wholesale transactions Why Join Our Team?
