ABOUT OUR AGENCY
Since opening the agency in 2017, we've built a team that believes success comes from taking care of both our customers and each other. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I had the opportunity to play professional baseball in the Kansas City Royals organization. The lessons I learned through sports—discipline, teamwork, accountability, and perseverance—continue to influence how I lead my agency today.

Outside of work, I'm a proud dad who values family and making the most of life's experiences. I love to travel and strongly believe that a successful career should also allow time to enjoy life outside of work.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Michael Liberto - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
