Business Operations Project Manager

Seeking an experienced, systems-driven Business Operations Project Manager for a full-time remote position, responsible for transforming workflows into structured operational systems, managing project tracking, and supporting product rollout processes across departments. Key responsibilities Run a continuous improvement cadence across the process landscape, managing SOP governance and ensuring adoption Own and maintain the internal project management tracker, ensuring visibility and actionability of all projects and tasks Support product release processes by structuring operational aspects of launches in collaboration with the Group Product Manager Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in process, project management, or business operations roles, preferably in AdTech or SaaS environments Proven ability to build structured processes and systems that enhance operational efficiency Experience with data management and spreadsheet reporting, including comfort with formulas and dashboard hygiene Familiarity with AI tools to accelerate documentation and process workflows Strong communication skills to address issues proactively and ensure clarity in project ownership
