What You'll Do

Source, recruit, interview, and present top talent across a variety of industries and professional positions.

Manage the entire recruiting process—from sourcing to interviewing, negotiating offers, and closing placements.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates while consistently exceeding performance goals.

Collaborate with a supportive, high-performing team that celebrates wins and helps each other succeed.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of recruiting, staffing, account management, or similar experience preferred.
• Success working in a metrics-driven and/or commission-based environment.
• Experience using ATS and CRM systems is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required for candidates with a proven track record of success.
