This past year we have doubled our plumbing team and added an electrical line of business. We are keen to grow and provide an extensive line‑up of home services to our customers. Responsibilities We are looking to bring on an Electrical Service Manager to join our team to maintain the positive, can‑do culture that will go above and beyond the expectations of our customers and to maintain our solid reputation in the community. Daily tasks include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Service department, leading, coaching, and mentoring our technicians. Track KPIs such as revenue, close rates, callbacks, and technician performance as well as other tasks and responsibilities as required to maintain efficient department operations. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service.
