The purpose of a unit profile is to help provide an exceptional understanding of the unit. Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient rations, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff. Tell us about the unit(s):

• Number of Beds - 97
• Number of Staff 200
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) primarily RNs, 1 clerk
  • Night Shift primarily RNs, 1 clerk
• Patient Ratios 3-4 patients per RN
• Type of equipment medfusion pumps, alaris, giraffe islolettes, Client monitors
• EMR CPN, Meditech

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Minimum 2 years Level 3 NICU experience

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Not first time traveler
