Staff Accountant

A manufacturing client is seeking a Staff Accountant to support its TPU belt manufacturing facility in Salem, NH. This role was opened due to a leave of absence and has potential to convert to a permanent position. The ideal candidate will be a mid-level accounting professional with a few years of experience who can walk into a corporate environment and immediately contribute to day-to-day accounting operations.

This position is not entry-level but also does not require senior-level experience. The team is looking for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working in Excel, and able to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders.


100% onsite in Salem, NH, 5 days a week (M-F)

Pay Rate: 36-43/hr

Required Skills & Experience

2-4+ years of accounting experience

Experience with AP, AR, and general accounting functions

Strong Excel skills (formulas, data manipulation)

Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Teams)


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Manufacturing industry experience

Experience with ERP or enterprise accounting systems (QuickBooks or similar accounting software experience is fine too)
