You will serve as a strategic consultant to HR partners, guiding them in understanding and sustaining job structures, leveling frameworks, and pay equity principles. Additionally, you will collaborate on cross-functional initiatives that impact workforce planning, talent mobility, and organizational effectiveness.You will work a hybrid schedule in East Aurora, NY.To be considered for the Senior Compensation Specialist role, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:Typically, bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Over five (5) years of experience in compensation, job architecture, or roles involving strong HR partnerships.Expertise in job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Mercer, Hay Group, Willis Towers Watson frameworks).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret job data and industry benchmarks.Proficiency in HRIS systems, compensation management tools, and job evaluation software.Ability to influence and educate HR partners and business leaders on compensation structures.Must live local to the Buffalo, NY area to work onsite.
