Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to maintain a flexible work-life balance while providing high-quality therapy services. The therapy is conducted through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring continuity of care in a comfortable setting for both clients and therapists. The hours for this role are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing structured work hours conducive to effective session planning and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of mood disorders, focusing on the intensity, frequency, and duration of symptoms presented by clients.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' specific needs, goals, and preferences while ensuring they align with evidence-based practices.

• Utilize established therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to guide therapeutic sessions.

• Educate clients and families about mood disorders and available treatment options, helping them engage with self-care practices.

• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care to clients when needed.

• Stay updated with the latest research and treatments related to mood disorders to enhance individual approaches and overall care quality.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records according to legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be working with clients experiencing challenges related to relationships and divorce. Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
